Topic: How to Figure Out What People Want
Before you can make stuff people want, you have to figure out what people actually want—which is harder than simply asking them.

This 50-minute session will cover:

✔️ Why asking people what they want usually does not work
✔️ How to decide who you should learn from
✔️ What to observe, ask, and listen for
✔️ How to conduct more useful interviews
✔️ How to separate meaningful insights from random comments
