About Us
Klass Concepts fixes the things that eat a small business owner's week.
I'm Corey Klass. I've spent 30 years building software and systems, and now I do that work for small businesses in Concord and Contra Costa County, especially home services and the trades.
Owners usually call me about one of these: calls and web inquiries nobody answers, invoices they're chasing by hand, email that goes to spam, software they're paying for and don't use, or the one job only they know how to do. I fix it in the software they already use, at a fixed price. For small offices with nobody to call when the tech breaks, I'm their tech person, month to month.
Highlights
- Fix One Thing: the task that eats your week, fixed in the software you already use, at a fixed price
- Email set up so your messages stop going to spam
- What Can We Cancel: the subscriptions, phone plans, and auto-renewals you don't need, found and cut
- Only You Know How To Do It: the jobs only you know, written down so someone else can run them
- Your Tech Person: monthly tech help for small offices with nobody to call
