Cancer Support Community SF Bay Area's 12th Annual Hope Walk and Community Fair is a joyful day of community, inspiration, and purpose. Every step supports our free programs for people impacted by cancer - from counseling and support groups to exercise, nutrition, and educational workshops, offered in English and Spanish, online and in person. Over 1,000 gather and raise funds to to walk and provide impact!
